Production Operative (Nights)

Location: Westbury, Wiltshire

Pay: £14.00 per hour (Overtime paid at £17.50 after 37.5 hours)

In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting with production processes, operating machinery, and ensuring all products meet quality standards. You'll work efficiently to meet production targets while keeping safety and accuracy at the forefront of your work.

You'll begin on 8-hour shifts before moving to 19:00–07:00 night shifts from 24th November, offering strong earning potential through regular overtime and a steady work schedule.

This role would suit someone who enjoys night work, has good attention to detail, and takes pride in maintaining high production standards.

The Role:

  • Operate and monitor machinery safely and efficiently during night shifts.
  • Maintain consistent quality and accuracy in all production tasks.
  • Work closely with team members to achieve production goals.
