**The Role:**

We're looking for an Apprentice Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or further their career in childcare, working towards a Level 3 qualification in Childcare. You'll be working alongside experienced professionals who are passionate about mentoring the next generation of childcare practitioners.

Apprentice Nursery Practitioner- Minimum 30 hours per week- Working towards a Level 3 in Childcare

**Responsibilities:**

Assist in delivering a high standard of learning, development, and care for children aged 0-4 years.- Support the planning and implementation of activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of the children.- Ensure the nursery environment is safe and secure for all children.- Work in partnership with parents/carers and other family members.- Demonstrate a commitment to understanding each child's individual needs.

**Requirements:**- A genuine passion for working with children and an understanding of child development.- Energetic, enthusiastic, and a team player.- Excellent communication skills.- Commitment to completing the Level 3 qualification in Childcare.- No previous experience required, although it can be beneficial.
