I'm recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for a Paid Media Manager to lead full-funnel, brand-building media for a fast-growing consumer brand. This role blends OOH/DOOH leadership, premium publisher partnerships, and upper–mid funnel digital activity with a strong hand-off into performance.

What You'll Do

  • Plan & run full-funnel paid media across OOH/DOOH, digital video/CTV, audio, paid social, and publisher/content partnerships.
  • Lead OOH/DOOH strategy: geo, formats, flighting, cultural alignment, creative rotations, and always-on integration with digital channels.
  • Manage and negotiate premium publisher/content partnerships (music, sport, lifestyle, cultural content).
  • Steer the media agency: testing agendas, pacing, approvals, measurement, compliance, and performance integration.
  • Collaborate closely with the PPC Manager to ensure top-of-funnel demand converts efficiently.
  • Define KPIs, run tests, analyse brand lift, attention, reach quality, CTR/VTR, and other performance proxies.
  • Own budgeting: forecasts, re-forecasts, spend tracking and efficiency modelling.
  • Brief platform-native creative across short-form video, CTV cut-downs, stories, and OOH adaptations.

Required:

  • 6 plus years in paid media planning/buying.
  • Proven experience in OOH/DOOH and upper-/mid-funnel brand-building.
  • Strong publisher/content partnership experience.
  • Solid understanding of digital video/CTV, audio, paid social, and platform-native content.
  • Cross-funnel mindset—comfortable working hand-in-hand with PPC/performance teams.
  • Data fluency: strong Excel skills, dashboards (Looker/Tableau/Datorama), GA4/CM360 familiarity, brand lift/attention metrics.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills for senior stakeholders.
