The Role
Workdays
: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 + Hybrid + Flexi
The overall purpose of the People & Culture team is to 'Partner with our people to deliver on the WOW every day'. Ensuring our working environment maintains the best possible 'Moose experience' and a truly Great Place to Work.
Our People & Culture Administrator is responsible for provide exceptional support and customer service to our Moose family. Ensuring a Great Place to Work environment and seamless execution of projects across Recruitment and Selection, Recognition and Rewards, Learning and Development, Wellness, Great Place to Work initiatives and more

Experience & Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-years' experience in a similar role.
- A relevant Human Resources qualification or relevant degree preferred, but not essential.

- Our contracts are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (1/2 hour paid lunch break).
- Hybrid -We offer work from home 2days a week (Wednesdays and Fridays) depending on business needs.

- We run a non-contractual flexi hours scheme whereby our core working hours are 10:00 – 15:00 (Monday to Friday). The additional hours are made up flexibly across the week.
