We are seeking an accomplished and commercially minded Global Total Rewards Director to join our Global People Leadership Team.

Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this role offers the opportunity to design and deliver a comprehensive global total rewards strategy that underpins ERM's continued growth and purpose-led culture.

Operating across more than 40 countries, ERM's people are diverse in skillset, background, and ambition. You will continue to develop a unified rewards philosophy that attracts, motivates, and retains exceptional talent, while aligning closely with our performance culture, organizational strategy and sustainability objectives.

What You'll Do

As Global Total Rewards Director, you will:

  • Define and deliver ERM's global reward philosophy – Partner with the Executive Committee and Remuneration Committee of the Board to design a competitive, equitable, and performance-driven approach that supports our business strategy.
  • Lead executive remuneration design – Collaborate with the CEO and CPO to develop and propose executive compensation frameworks and ensure effective governance through Board-level engagement.
  • Shape performance-based reward culture – Enhance our approach to variable pay, ensuring clear linkage between performance outcomes, reward differentiation, and business impact.
  • Benchmark and calibrate compensation globally – Establish credible pay structures and market-based ranges using external compensation consultants and data-driven insights.
  • Oversee annual pay and bonus cycles – Manage and analyze global performance and reward processes to ensure fairness, competitiveness, and efficiency.
  • Champion equity and inclusion in pay practices – Embed transparency, consistency, and compliance across all regions, balancing global standards with local relevance.
  • Modernize and digitalize total rewards – Support the continued enhancement of compensation systems and analytics through Workday, AI and related technologies.
  • Optimize benefits strategy – Review and evolve our global benefits offering to ensure it reflects the needs of a diverse, multi-generational workforce.
  • Oversee partner incentive plan – Own and evolve partner share plan to provide long term incentives aimed at executive leaders of the organization.
  • Revitalize recognition across the globe - Implement creative recognition programs including monetary and non-monetary recognition across employee lifecycle

About You

You are a seasoned rewards professional who combines strategic thinking with operational excellence and a deep understanding of global markets. You bring:

  • A proven track record as a senior leader across the spectrum of Total Rewards leader in a complex, multinational environment—ideally within professional services or private equity.
  • Experience leading a team of professionals across all areas of reward.
  • Experience partnering with Boards or Remuneration Committees to shape executive pay frameworks.
  • Understanding of share plan design and ability to work with senior executives to understand their total compensation.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance market competitiveness, performance culture, and cost effectiveness.
  • Expertise in compensation governance, pay band design, and external benchmarking.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Workday and new HR technology.
  • A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across regions and cultures.
