Gas Service & Breakdown Engineer (Domestic & Light Commercial HVAC)

£40,000 - £45,000 | Full Time – Permanent | Fantastic Opportunity with a Leading Property Maintenance Contractor

We're offering:

  • £40,000 - £45,000 per year + overtime

  • Travel pay for time on the road
  • Monday – Friday schedule (occasional overtime available)

What you'll be doing

  • Carrying out service and breakdown work on domestic gas boilers and heating systems
  • Occasionally supporting commercial HVAC maintenance and repair across various commercial sites
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard
  • Building positive relationships with clients and representing the company professionally

What we're looking for:

  • Do you have experience servicing and repairing domestic gas boilers and heating systems?
  • Are you confident diagnosing faults and finding solutions quickly and safely?
  • Do you hold current domestic gas tickets (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1)?
  • Do you have a full UK driving licence and enjoy working independently across different sites?
  • Air Conditioning, Commercial Gas and Oil qualifications are advantageous
