OverviewA HVAC Engineer who will manage and maintain heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) services and systems, undertaking both reactive and planned works. You will be part of a small team, collaborating with the project delivery management team and liaising with planners. The role is based with our offices in Stoke-on-Trent and other sites within the property portfolio.Responsibilities Carrying out installation, servicing, maintenance, fault finding and repairs on a range of HVAC equipment, ensuring work is completed efficiently and in line with health and safety standards and regulations. Supporting the on-call rota across offices in Stoke-on-Trent and other sites within the property portfolio, including any pre-planned works and responding to equipment issues. Maintaining a wide range of plant, diagnosing faults and ensuring timely resolutions for HVAC equipment including AC systems, AHU, refrigeration units, motors, pumps, compressors, fans, drives and heating systems. Ensuring all Health and Safety obligations are met and coordinated with the project delivery team. Maintaining sites in a clean and safe condition at all times. Producing, managing and maintaining critical spares lists. Supporting the wider maintenance team with general mechanical and plumbing work.Qualifications and Skills Proven track record in working with AC systems, AHU and refrigeration systems. F-Gas Certification City & Guilds (2079) Cat 1. CITB P&P Pipework and Brazing. Awareness of risk assessment and working safely with electronic test equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and report technical information as required. Experience of manufacturers certification. Good computer skills (MS Office) with sound knowledge and understanding of ground and air source systems.
