Job Title: Founder Associate (Generalist)

Job Description:
This high-ownership generalist role works directly with founders across product, growth, partnerships, and customer success. You'll shape strategy, execute experiments, and build scalable systems within a fast-scaling startup, with a clear path to leadership in key areas like Product or Growth.

Location: Remote

The ideal candidate:

  • A high-initiative problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and can own projects end-to-end.

  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats across product, growth, and operations.

  • Analytical with strong communication skills, excited by AI, fintech/ed-tech, and startup building.
