What you will do:

  • Evaluate and improve business processes across sales, marketing, lending, and operations to drive efficiency and scalability.

  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis across various business metrics, deeply understanding the underlying logic to inform strategic decisions.

  • Lead key strategic projects, from partnership pitches and software implementation to fundraising support and KPI definition.

The ideal candidate:

  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, constantly seeking opportunities for improvement and unafraid to dive into new challenges.

  • Demonstrate strong quantitative ability and a data-driven approach, with a good working knowledge of Excel.
