Workplace Services Coordinator
We are looking for a proactive coordinator to own our Northampton hub. You'll be onsite 5 days a week in our newly CAT B refurbished office.
The best part? No "legacy" headaches. Because our space is pristine, modern, and under two years old, you aren't inheriting a backlog of repairs. Instead, you get to set the standards for excellence from day one, managing a space designed to make coming to work a great experience. As our Workplace Services Coordinator, you'll:
- Champion safety and compliance, working with the Health & Safety lead to ensure we meet all regulatory requirements, including the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
- Act as the main contact for landlords and contractors, keeping our facilities fully stocked and ensuring the smooth running of the building.
- Manage hub events, from Town Halls to socials—getting stuck in with manual handling to set up spaces that bring us together.
- Support our green goals by collecting utility data for our carbon footprint management and handling regulatory reporting.
- Keep the office running behind the scenes by processing invoices, managing expenses, handling post, and updating the intranet.
- Passionate about facilities management and making our hub a place where people feel excited to work.
- Qualified with a NEBOSH General Certificate and IOSH certified (or happy to work towards these).
- Experienced in customer-facing building services and confident managing external contractors.
- Tech-savvy with Google applications, strong admin skills, and an eye for spotting hazards.
- A supportive, flexible team player who is happy to work independently but ready to jump in for key events.
- First Aid and Fire Marshall qualified (or willing to train).
We encourage people of all different backgrounds and identities to apply. We are committed to maintaining an inclusive, supportive place for you to be you and do your very best work.
Ready to make an impact in our amazing new hub? Apply today.
