We are seeking a driven Head of Delivery to join our expanding team. You will become part of a dynamic, supportive team where ideas thrive, voices are heard, and real impact is made.

As the Head of Delivery you will be supporting the business on its continued growth, working directly with customers and supporting the Product Deployment team.

The role will see you lead on the deployment of products and product enhancements to both current and new clients. You will manage a team of deployment leads, co-ordinating delivery across multiple clients and business areas through the development and assurance of the plan, management of risk and ensuring strong stakeholder engagement.

In this role you will work alongside our product development team ensuring the end solution meets clients' requirements and expectations, and will then be accountable for successful embedment of the product with the client to enable achievement of outcomes.

This role requires proficiency in delivering products and digital solutions in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of product deployments across various clients, providing advice and support to the team and the client to help them meet their business objectives
  • Deliver a change plan to embed new systems and processes, including delivery of training and post-implementation support, to ensure products are embedded effectively with the client.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding ongoing deployment delivery, issues, and service updates.
  • Deliver a change plan to embed any new systems and ways of working.
  • Manage a team of deployment leads to ensure project outcomes are achieved
  • Ensure product development aligns with client requirements
  • Work alongside the Product Development Team to collect requirements, user stories, develop User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and deliver UAT, ensuring all client needs are met through the deployed product.
  • Work closely with product teams, developers, architects, QA, and project managers to resolve issues and ensure smooth handovers.
  • Work alongside the product team and subject matter experts to support the development of solutions to client needs across the industry, including new products and services.
  • Identify service improvement opportunities and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
