About the role

Andusia is looking for a proactive Finance Manager to lead our finance function and support the continued growth of our business. In this full-time, on-site role, you will oversee day-to-day financial operations, manage budgeting and reporting, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements. You will work closely with senior leadership, providing insights that support strategic decisions and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll & Compliance

  • Process monthly payroll and PAYE reporting to HMRC
  • Manage pensions, P11d submissions, and PSA payments

Financial Operations

  • Prepare quarterly VAT returns and ensure timely HMRC payments
  • Manage supplier payments, cashflow, and FX requirements
  • Review month-end figures, consolidate accounts, and service accruals/prepayments
  • Present financial accounts to directors and contribute to weekly SMT meetings

Commercial & Strategic

  • Review customer credit limits and manage debts
  • Oversee invoice discounting and annual budgeting
  • Lead, support, and train the finance team

Oversight of Team Activities

  • Weekly customer billing
  • Haulage and plant accruals
  • Invoice processing
  • Credit control

Who we are looking for

We want a confident, detail-focused finance professional with strong communication skills and team management experience. You will thrive if you enjoy ownership, working independently, and making an impact in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1-2 years experience in a Finance Management role or similar.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Solid knowledge of compliance, regulations, and risk management.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel.
  • Part / fully AAT qualified necessary.
