Crane Rail Installation Technician - Immediate Start Available

Starting Salary £28,000.00

40 hours per week Monday to Friday (Shift times to be agreed)

**THIS JOB REQUIRES WORKING AWAY MONDAY-FRIDAY THROUGHOUT THE UK **

You'll be at the forefront of the business, installing our products to meet our client's needs. This means you'll pay a key role in the future of the business and the satisfaction of our customers.

This is a hands-on physically demanding role, working in a variety of locations, including being outdoors in all weathers and working at height.

Carrying out general crane rail installation, your range of duties will include everything site related, from loading materials to final installation of crane rails with your team. You will be involved in all areas of the process to include but not limited to quality checking materials, pouring grouts, using surveying equipment, levelling soleplates, welding of crane rails and fixings. In everything you do, you'll work safely and efficiently.

Essential Criteria

· Experience of working in an environment where safety is vital

· A team player

· Conscientious, reliable and hard working

· Keen to develop new skills

· Good communication skills, both in person and in writing

· Full driving licence

· The ability to work at height or previous experience of working at height. Attached to Safety Lines and Handrails (please ask for more information if required.)

· The ability to work away from home Monday to Friday and the occasional overtime / weekend by agreement.

Desirable Criteria

  • Previous site experience either construction or engineering, using of 110V tools, air tools, petrol tools although we welcome transferable skills from other industries.
  • CSCS Card /ECITB Health /Safety Training.

This role is a safety critical role so subject to drug and alcohol testing and passing of the relevant medical assessment.
