You'll be the friendly face (and voice) of our brand — sparking conversations, sharing stories, and representing who we are with authenticity and enthusiasm. We're seeking someone who not only understands sales and marketing, but also values growth, creativity, and making a difference in how people feel and live.

Responsibilities:

  • Build meaningful, lasting relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
  • Represent the brand with confidence, competence and warmth at all times.
  • Research new opportunities and trends to help the team grow and evolve.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to bring fresh, exciting campaigns to life.
  • Track and evaluate KPIs, sharing ideas for continuous development and improvement.
  • Analyse customer feedback and share insights to help frame how we present future offerings.

Experience & Skills:

  • Experience in public relations, marketing, sales, retail, or a similar role is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear insights.
  • Experience with sales or market research is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is desirable but not essential.
  • Background in marketing or sales is helpful but not required.
