HR Officer – Part Time

Hours: 2 to 3 days per week (flexibility in terms of working hours)

Fulcrum Care is growing and with that growth comes an exciting opportunity to join our team as a dedicated HR Officer with the prospect of growth into the role of HR Manager. The selected candidate will have additional support from an external HR Consultant to handle complex situations. Due to the urgency, preference will be for someone available immediately or a notice period of one month.
As we continue to expand our operations and build a high-performing team, we are looking for an experienced HR professional to play a pivotal role and support all aspects of human resources within the business. This role will be important in fostering a positive work environment, helping to implement HR strategies and ensuring compliance with employment law requirements and best practices throughout the organisation.
Key responsibilities
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and people development
• Support employee relations and performance management initiatives
• Maintain up-to-date records, and legally compliant HR policies
• Assist with implementing initiatives relating to pay, benefits, and employee wellbeing
• Act as a trusted advisor to the team members on HR matters
What we're looking for someone with:
• 2 to 3 years solid experience in transactional HR activities
• CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and IT skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach in delivering HR outcomes
