An elite proprietary trading firm is looking for a
dynamic Compliance Manager
to take ownership of regulatory reporting across UK, EU and US markets. This is a high-impact role at the heart of a fast-moving trading environment where data, precision and innovation are everything.
What You'll Do
- Lead core reporting across
MiFID II / MiFIR, EMIR, CAT and Short Selling
regimes. - Own reconciliations, exception management and all reporting controls.
- Drive automation by partnering closely with cutting-edge tech teams.
- Act as the firm's go-to SME—support audits, advise stakeholders, and shape reporting strategy.
- Deliver high-quality MI and ensure reporting integrity end-to-end.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' regulatory reporting experience in trading, brokerage or investment management.
- Strong expertise in at least one major regime (MiFID II, EMIR, CAT, SSR).
- Data-savvy mindset with strong Excel skills; Python/SQL a bonus.
- Sharp communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
