Head of Regulatory Reporting

JSS are partnering with a highly successful Challenger Bank to appoint a Head of Regulatory Reporting to lead their Regulatory Finance function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the production, ownership and review of all Capital, Liquidity and Statistical Regulatory Reporting returns.
  • Maintain a forward-looking view of regulatory change, such as PRA rule updates, Basel 3.1 changes
  • Serve as the primary liaison with the PRA and other relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Own and manage the bank's regulatory policy framework and regulatory risk appetite.
  • Lead, mentor and develop the Regulatory Reporting team to ensure high-quality output and strong technical capability.
  • Support a range of change, automation and transformation initiatives across Regulatory Finance.

Skills & Experience

  • Deep technical knowledge of the UK regulatory landscape (PRA, FCA), including both prudential and conduct requirements.
  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
  • Proven experience leading a Regulatory Reporting function within a Challenger or SME banking environment.
