Technical Support Engineer
with strong software and cloud troubleshooting skills who thrives in a hands-on, problem-solving environment.
About the Role
You'll be the go-to technical partner for enterprise customers, resolving issues across software, infrastructure, and networking. The role blends deep technical analysis with customer collaboration, ideal for someone who enjoys understanding the 'why' behind complex problems.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and resolve issues across
AWS, Kubernetes
, and
Linux
environments. - Reproduce customer-reported problems using log analysis and structured root cause investigation.
- Support
web and app-based services
, focusing on
data migration
,
cloud performance
, and
network troubleshooting
. - Collaborate with internal engineering and security teams to deliver fast, precise solutions.
- Communicate directly with customer engineering teams — all remotely from the UK.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in
software development
and
cloud systems (AWS, K8s)
. - Proficiency in
Linux servers
,
infrastructure debugging
, and
network diagnostics
. - Strong issue analysis, problem-solving, and customer-facing communication skills.
- Background supporting enterprise-level services or SaaS platforms.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with connected or embedded systems (Raspberry Pi, Arduino).
- Understanding of protocols such as
UART, TCP/UDP, or CAN
.
