We're looking for a helpful, friendly team player to assist with day-to-day customer service tasks. This includes handling phone calls, emails, and our live chat service, as well as supporting other customer-related duties. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently via phone, email, and live chat
  • Help manage and resolve customer complaints in a calm and professional manner
  • Communicate with internal teams (sales, dispatch, and production) to find quick and effective solutions for customers
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Make every customer feel looked after, supported, and welcomed — while being a friendly face for visitors.
  • Staying up-to-date on new products, services, and policies
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies

About You:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role (e-commerce experience would be an advantage)
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and confident handling multiple tasks at once
  • A genuine passion for helping customers and solving problems
  • Knowledge of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms would be beneficial

Schedule:

Day shift

Monday to Friday

Weekend availability on a rota basis

Ability to commute/relocate:

Beaworthy EX21: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (required)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
