Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, particularly within food preparation and service. This role requires excellent leadership skills, the ability to manage a team effectively, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations within the kitchen or dining area, ensuring efficiency and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Supervise and train staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and serving practices.
  • Manage inventory and assist with food production planning to meet customer demands.
  • Ensure that all culinary activities comply with food safety standards and regulations.
  • Foster a positive working environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication among staff members.
  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in menu planning and development based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.

Skills

  • Proven experience in supervising roles within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
  • Previous experience in kitchen operations or barista roles is advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
