Early Morning Multi-Site Supervisor - Central London

We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to add to our rapidly growing company.

You will be joining our team as a supervisor looking after 10 sites in central London. You must be confident leading your team across different sites, and have great communication, time management, and organisation skills.

Hours:

  • 3 hours per day guaranteed
  • 5am - 8am
  • Monday to Friday
  • Flexibility in availability essential

Part-time:

Salary: £16.50 starting rate. Training provided but supervisory experience essential to the role.

Role Description:

You will have a portfolio of 10 sites sin Central London. Your main role is to ensure the cleaning teams are meeting our high company standards.

In a shift, you would typically spend visiting 1-3 sites. While you visit sites you will be tasked with:

  • Making sure site cleaning standards are high.
  • Checking cleaning cupboards.
  • Placing orders and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
  • Ensuring good time keeping of staff.
  • Training and supervising the team as needed.

You will also be in charge of your own assistant morning supervisor and a dedicated mobile cleaner who will assist you with all covers and site visits.

Successful candidates will have:

  • Supervisor / team leading experience
  • A can-do positive attitude
  • Reliable
  • Great communication skills
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Strong understanding of office/commercial cleaning and be able to be flexible.

Potential for good career progression and a full-time role in the future.

Fluent written and verbal English language skills essential. Other additional languages an advantage.
