**Senior Mobile Supervisor (SMS)**

**Position**:Senior Mobile Supervisor (SMS) full time and part time positions

**Hours of work**: Part time 24hrs a weekend days only (Overtime available as a Relief Officer on days and nights)

**Base location**:Central London
- Applicants will need to have proven supervisory experience
- Applicants will need to have a UK driving licence to cover any **night SMS**:

- Applicants that only want to work weekend or Bank holiday **days**, will not need a driving licence but will need to be able to use the London Underground as many site visits are required. Travel costs between sites can be re-imbursed.
- A valid Frontline SIA Licence
- Proactive, innovative and risk aware
- We would like applicants to have IOSH managing Safely and equivalent or working towards
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Working knowledge of booking on/off systems, reporting systems
- Proven experience completing fire system tests and isolations, de-isolations
- Proven experience operating building alarm fire alarm systems, access systems, CCTV systems
- Confident of passing police vetting

**Package**:

- Pay rate: £13:00 per hour (Bank holidays double)
- Hours: Weekend days 07:00 - 19:00
- Shift Pattern: 24hr Part Time (overtime available as a Relief Officer on days and night) day weekends

**Role overview**:
To monitor and report on all aspects of the security operations outside the traditional operational working hours across a portfolio of buildings based in and around central London in such a way, as to meet and strive to exceed customer expectations, focusing on building security, access control, safety, and minimising disruption.

To enhance and deliver a comprehensive security service to Transport for London in according to the terms of service provision contract, supporting the Cluster Managers, Duty Response Managers and building security teams across the estate

To supervise the security team of TfL Operations across a portfolio of buildings based in and around central London, in such a way as to meet and strive to exceed customer expectations, ensure client contact/reporting is well managed and ensuring staff motivation, morale and performance is always in focus. The delivery of the operational, contractual, compliance of contract always. The delivery of a quality service and positive interaction with all our stakeholders is critical to the completion of all the tasks within this job description.

**Principle Duties**:
The delivery of a flexible high-end corporate security operation with key focus on impeccable customer service and the rigorous execution of core security and soft service processes of a traditional ‘high compliance' security service with a ‘customer service' focus through reception/concierge and helpdesk delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be the Primary “Out of Hours” Liaison; with direct interface to Mitie and TfL Building Management teams
- Support the Help Desk Centre making sure correct priority if passed and carry out further checks on incidents reported.
- Assist the cluster managers and Duty Response Managers with testing, training, and development of the team.
- Immediate Deployment and Response to sites that need manning support
- Security Officer Supervision; confirming compliance to behavioural and procedural protocols by way of audits, site inspections, 1-1's and observations and reporting of all findings to the Cluster Managers. If serious (leaving the Mitie or TfL business at risk making sure the on-call manager is phoned and updated)
- Immediate and rapid deployment; assistance at buildings where an incident has been reported by using the company vehicle supplied or London Transport (whichever is quicker)
- Incident reporting; reporting writing Compilation, review of officer's reports, escalation, and coordination. Making sure the clients incident reporting system is updated each morning or the Merlin system after an incident has taken place
- Health and Safety Inspections, Review Officer and assists with Planned General Inspections and Audits across the estate
- Dynamic Risk Assessor: to evaluate initial premises situations that may pose a health and safety risk to occupant from situations such as a flood or power failure etc. Serious situations or risk to be reported to the on-call manager.
- Enhanced Lone Worker Monitoring; immediate review of Control Centre operations and security officer missed check call activity. (Making
