Role Details:
The purpose of the role is to manage and drive the Change Management procedure for the Joint Project Team. The role will involve leading and managing the Change Management process and coordinating this interface within the wider Joint Project Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for operation of the Change Management Plan including maintenance of the Plan and associated forms and templates
- Maintains the Programme Change Register,
- Chair the Change Committee, including provision of secretariat services
- Provides any required summary information and metrics using the information contained on the Programme Change Register.
- Provides support to Project Managers on all matters of change.
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to take on additional duties appropriate to the role.
Key Requirements:
- Experience of project, programme or portfolio controls
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload in a dynamic environment
- Flexible, adaptable, and proactive in identifying and solving problems
- Quick to learn new systems, tools, and processes
- Confident in taking new challenges and committed to continuous development
- Demonstrate experience relating to Change Management
- Desirable:
Proficient in CEMAR contract administration software & chartered professional in a related discipline
