Monitor and optimise system performance through tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch. Collaborate across IT teams to ensure seamless integration between cloud and on-premises environments.
Support incident response and recovery processes, including diagnosis, resolution, and post-incident analysis.
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in cloud projects, contributing technical guidance and alignment with organisational goals.
Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to drive innovation, cost efficiency, and scalability.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of configurations, architecture, and standard procedures.
Contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery (BCP/DR) planning and testing.
Who you are:
You're an experienced infrastructure and cloud professional with deep technical knowledge and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. You bring both hands-on engineering expertise and a collaborative approach that supports innovation and reliability.
Minimum 8 years' experience in infrastructure engineering.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Industry certifications in cloud technologies (advantageous).
Solid automation skills using Terraform, Ansible, Git, and Linux systems (ssh, shell scripting).
Proven problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
A drive for innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Strong knowledge of:
GCP (Compute Engine, Cloud SQL, VPC, Cloud Storage, etc.)
