Conveyancing Paralegal - Hybrid - £30,000pa + Profit Share + Amazing Benefits Package

One of the UK's Top Tier Law Firms is now seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join the team in their Bath office.

Working on a hybrid basis, this is an exciting opportunity for the right person to join one of the most respected firms in the business, where people come first.

The Reward

  • Up to £30,000pa Depending on Experience
  • Hybrid Working with 2 Days in the Office and 3 Days at home

  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm

The Role

  • Working as part of a team to support the Conveyancing Solicitors across the business
  • Opening new client files and drafting contracts
  • Liaising with clients and all other related parties to maximise customer satisfaction
  • Preparing initial reports on Titles and and Enquiries
  • Preparing Completion Statements and SDLT returns
  • Exchange and Completion tasks including filing returns
  • Management of your files using the Case Management system

About You

  • Have a background in Residential Conveyancing
  • Be an effective communicator and able to multi-task
  • Be a team player
  • Be able to work from the office in Bath 2 days each week
