This pivotal role is designed for someone passionate about enhancing operational efficiency and supporting our dynamic team. As a Senior Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in driving our operational success. You will collaborate closely with our sales team, project manager, and other departments to ensure our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in managing client inquiries and follow-ups.

  • Prepare compelling sales presentations and proposals.

  • Track sales performance and provide insightful reports.

  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely project delivery.

  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, keeping everyone informed.

  • Coordinate resources and facilitate communication between teams.

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure everything runs like clockwork.

  • Support staff in their tasks and resolve any operational challenges.

  • Implement and refine processes to boost efficiency.

  • Manage inventory levels to ensure project readiness.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers for timely deliveries.

  • Conduct regular stock audits and address any discrepancies.

  • Key Skills

  • Plumbing and heating knowledge preferred

  • Previous experience in operations or administrative roles.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
