We're Hiring | Virtual Key Account Manager

Location: Remote - UK

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is deeply committed to driving the success of our customers. In this role, you will focus on nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders within assigned accounts in primary care
  • Build and maintain trusted advisory relationships with customers, healthcare professionals (HCPs), and internal teams.
  • Proactively engage with healthcare professionals via calls to understand their needs and promote relevant products or services.
  • Provide insightful feedback following conversations with clients and healthcare professionals to inform strategy and improve service delivery.
  • Use data, CRM tools, and insights to monitor market dynamics and inform your approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Develop, prepare, and deliver comprehensive account plans to align with client goals and company objectives.
  • Work collaboratively across teams while managing your territory with autonomy and entrepreneurial flair.
  • Stay current on healthcare trends, NHS policy changes, and emerging Primary Care innovations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (desirable) or equivalent experience in Business
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to work autonomously, with little hand-holding and a self-start attitude.
  • ABPI qualified
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
