Key Account Manager
, where you'll take the lead in managing and growing relationships with our valued customers. You'll be working closely with private healthcare clinics, insurance companies, hospitals, and pharmacies across the UK.
We're a fast-growing UK health tech company, scaling rapidly with 2–3x year-on-year growth — and we're just getting started.
About Signature Healthcare
Founded in 2016 as an online pharmacy, we've built strong partnerships with private healthcare organisations to deliver medication to patients nationwide — seven days a week — including same-day delivery across London.
In 2021, we launched
SignatureRx
, our private e-prescription platform, now recognised by pharmacies across the country. Today, over 100,000 prescriptions are securely and electronically signed through our system, helping clinicians and patients connect more efficiently than ever before.
What You'll Do
- Build and nurture relationships with customers through regular visits, calls, and virtual meetings
- Use data and metrics to review and improve account performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service
- Manage new leads, product demos, and customer onboarding
- Work closely with customer support, product, and tech teams to ensure customer success
- Keep our knowledge base and customer guides up to date
- Contribute ideas to help shape the product roadmap
- Support our sales and social media strategy
- Create engaging newsletters and customer updates
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in account management
- A collaborative mindset and strong teamwork skills
- Reliability and punctuality
- A good commercial outlook and business awareness
- Experience in healthcare or technology (or both)
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
