We're looking for an experienced Folding & Gluing Operator to join our team within a busy, high-quality production environment. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, teamwork, and pride in your craft are key to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and maintain folding-gluing machinery to achieve top-quality production output
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, quality, and safety
  • Work closely with your Team Leader and colleagues to meet daily production and quality targets
  • Conduct in-process quality checks, identifying and reporting any issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate job records and ensure a clean, organised working area

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience operating folding-gluing machines (Signature, Vega, Bobst, or similar)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with great attention to detail
  • Team-oriented, reliable, and quality-driven approach to work
  • A positive, proactive attitude with flexibility to support production needs

What's on Offer:

  • 4-day working week (Monday to Thursday) – 6am to 3.30pm – 36 hours per week
  • Salary of £25,790 per annum including benefits
  • Competitive overtime rates – time and a half for the first 4 hours, double time thereafter
  • 26 days holiday plus bank holidays
