Power Platform Solution Architect

As a Power Platform Solution Architect, you'll lead the design and implementation of transformative solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. This is a senior role that blends technical expertise, strategic thinking, and client engagement — empowering our customers to achieve digital transformation.

You'll play a pivotal role in shaping innovative Power Platform solutions that drive measurable impact. Working closely with consultants, project managers, and clients, you'll ensure every solution aligns with business goals while mentoring others and contributing to the evolution of our professional services capability.

What you'll be doing:

• Architect and deliver complex Power Platform solutions, ensuring they meet business and technical requirements.
• Lead customer workshops and consulting engagements to capture, analyse, and translate client needs into scalable solution designs.
• Partner with sales teams on pre-sales activities, designing and presenting advanced project proposals.
• Define, refine, and promote best practices within the Power Platform team.
• Mentor consultants and engineers, helping develop their technical capability and professional growth.
• Contribute to the creation of intellectual property and reusable solution assets that distinguish Trustmarque in the marketplace.
• Attend client sites when required for workshops and collaboration sessions, strengthening relationships and understanding business needs.

You'll also:

• Deliver presentations, webinars, and "Lunch & Learns," showcasing thought leadership and technical innovation.
• Act as a trusted advisor on Microsoft 365 and Azure integrations, ensuring cohesive solutions.
• Experiment with emerging technologies, contributing to internal development and innovation initiatives.

Here's what we're looking for:

• Deep, hands-on experience across the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Strong understanding of RESTful, OData, SOAP, XML, and JSON web technologies.
• Proven experience with Git-based repositories and version control.
• Strong database design and architecture background.
• Experience integrating Microsoft 365 with Power Platform.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps and agile project tools such as GitHub or Jira.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Bonus points:

• Experience developing custom code components (e.g. PCF Components, SPFx Web Parts).
• Strong background in SQL, JavaScript, TypeScript, PowerShell, HTML, and CSS.
• Demonstrated leadership in architecting large-scale Power Platform projects.
• Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Power Platform Developer Associate, or Azure Enterprise Data Analyst Associate.
• A passion for mentoring, innovation, and continuous learning within the Microsoft ecosystem.
