What You'll Do:
- Support residents with personal care, mobility, and daily routines.
- Build meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
- Assist with meals, medication, and wellbeing activities.
- Maintaining accurate care records on the electronic care plan system
- Undertaking ongoing training and getting involved in welcoming and supporting new staff.
- Work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals.
- You will be required to work within a flexible 7-day rota.

- Experience in care is a plus – but full training is provided
