We are looking for a Learning Experience Lead to help drive our team to craft innovative, evidence-based learning experiences that deliver real impact. We're looking for a confident leader and creative thinker to co-lead our multi-disciplinary team, delivering innovative, evidence-based learning solutions for a diverse range of clients.
About You
You're an experienced instructional designer with a proven track record in digital and blended learning. You thrive in collaborative environments, you naturally inspire others, and have a passion for learning innovation. You're proactive, adaptable, and ready to take ownership of complex projects.

  • Significant experience in instructional design, across both digital and blended formats
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience leading creative teams
  • Excellent storytelling and client-facing communication abilities
  • Deep understanding of learning theory and instructional design methodologies
  • Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and other learning design tools
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to propose resonant learning solutions
  • Background in both agency and client-side environments would be an advantage

About The Role
As our Learning Experience Lead, you'll co-lead a squad of digital learning professionals, bridging creative ideation and execution. You'll oversee project quality, champion innovation, and foster long-term client partnerships. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and inspiring a team of content developers, visual designers, and digital learning specialists
  • Providing strategic oversight and ensuring learning outcomes are met
  • Coaching and supporting junior team members
  • Collaborating with project management on resource allocation and team coordination
  • Consulting with clients to understand needs and propose high-level learning solutions
  • Developing high-level learning concepts and storyboards
  • Translating proposals into clear briefs for the studio team
  • Maintaining accountability for the quality and creativity of deliverables
