Then we've got an exciting opportunity for you to join our Taco Bell team in our Coliseum Shopping Park, Ellesmere Port restaurant as an Assistant Manager

You will be known as an Assistant Restaurant General Manager or ARGM

Our Assistant Managers not only run shifts with excellence while executing all restaurant administrative duties with our great teams, but they also need to make sure they represent the amazing Live Más culture that is Taco Bell and continues to differentiate us from our competitors.

You will not only be joining the Taco Bell team but the Soul Foods family. Soul Foods Group of Companies is a family-owned business, established in the UK but now with an established portfolio in Canada, comprising of four global brands, KFC, Starbucks, Burger King (in Canada) and Taco Bell, totalling over 400 Restaurants.

What will you do?

• Ensure Consistent Customer Satisfaction through being an effective role model
• Developing People through helping your Restaurant General Manager assess the team
• Act like an owner through assisting your Restaurant General Manager in controlling Profit & Loss

• Experience of leading and developing a team in an operational, fast-paced environment
• Drive, passion, and a natural energy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proof of right to work in the UK on a full time, permanent basis
