Payroll Analyst

iMultiply are seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to join the growing payroll team of a well-known, national accountancy practice.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a dynamic and people-focused environment. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality payroll services, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting the ongoing development of the team.
The Role
- Manage the timing and delivery of payrolls for your client portfolio, ensuring all processes meet agreed standards and deadlines.
- Process payrolls and supervise internal resources, using the Bureau Management System to monitor workflow and compliance.
- Lead payroll projects and drive efficiencies through identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing queries and ensuring satisfaction with services.
- Collaborate with Managers to identify training needs and support coaching and development across the team.
- Provide clear day-to-day supervision, offering regular feedback and support to team members.
- Handle all client payroll correspondence and respond to queries promptly.
- Monitor and action employee and employer enquiries within agreed timeframes, escalating as required.
- Lead onboarding and implementation processes for new payroll clients, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pension setup and administration requirements.
