Banking Regulatory Affairs Analyst / Regulatory Affairs Associate
My global FinTech client, based in London, is looking for a permanent Regulatory Affairs Analyst / Regulatory Affairs Associate to join the team.
This is hybrid working – 3 days a week in the London office.
Paying £40,000 - £60,000 + benefits.
Key skills:
- Experience working as a Regulatory Affairs Analyst / Regulatory Affairs Associate within a bank / FinTech
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the financial markets
- Experience mapping regulatory changes
- Experience monitoring and tracking regulatory development and updates
- Experience producing reports of regulatory changes and maintaining regulatory compliance records and documentation
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and research skills.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Degree educated.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track regulatory developments and updates
- Map relevant regulatory changes and trends that impact the business
- Prepare reports, summaries, and analyses of regulatory changes and their potential impact, including regular updates and reports for senior management and other key stakeholders.
- Assist in maintaining regulatory compliance records and documentation
- Collaborate with senior team members to receive training and guidance on regulatory affairs
- Conduct research on regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Support the implementation of regulatory strategies and initiatives
