Advocate Group is proud to represent a well-established Independent Spirits Producer in their search for a Senior Brand Manager.

The Business:

The Role:

  • Define and implement brand positioning, storytelling, and content strategies across multiple international brands.
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional Marketing and Advocacy teams.
  • Oversee global campaigns, launches, and activations, ensuring consistency and excellence.
  • Collaborate with international distributors and internal stakeholders to drive brand growth.
  • Champion brand integrity, consumer engagement, and innovation worldwide.

About You:

  • Experience in brand management, ideally within premium spirits, drinks, or luxury FMCG.
  • Proven experience growing global brands with strategic and creative flair.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to translate brand strategy into tangible results.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a proactive, hands-on approach.
