Senior Brand Manager - Major FMCG Brand

    opportunity is a high-profile appointment leading one of the companies & UK's most recognised brands, a category leader with strong equity and exciting plans for the future.
  • You'll own the full marketing mix for the brand; from long-term strategy and annual plans to communications, innovation and performance management.
  • Working cross-functionally with Sales, NRM, and Innovation teams, you'll ensure the brand continues to grow share and deliver profit.
  • As a people leader, you'll manage and develop 1-2 direct reports while contributing to wider marketing team initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • We're looking for an ambitious, commercially savvy marketer who combines strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute brilliantly.
  • You'll bring 5–7 years' experience in FMCG brand management, ideally within branded food or drink
  • Full marketing mix experience including communications, innovation and brand planning
  • Strong commercial and analytical capability, comfortable with P&L and performance metrics
  • A collaborative, energetic style and confidence to influence cross-functionally
