Job Overview

we are looking for skilled and reliable window indoor repair technician to join our small growing team based in Enfield ,

we handle a wide range of window and door repair and installation work across London within M25.

Duties

  • carry out repairs and maintenance on UPVC aluminium and timber windows and doors,
  • Diagnose faults and troubleshoot issues efficiently to minimise downtime.
  • Install new equipment and ensure it is set up correctly for optimal performance.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients, addressing any concerns or queries they may have.
  • complete each job to a high standard with attention to detail and professionalism
  • communicate clearly with the Office team about progress materials and job updates,
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • installation experience it's an advantage as occasionally we provide a replacement option,

Skills
