The Firm

An established London headquatered firm is looking to hire a Senior Associate to join their market-leading litigation practice. The firm has a long-standing presence in the City and offers a genuinely balanced environment - the team is ambitious and entrepreneurial, but without the intensity of larger international practices.

The Role

You will work closely with high-profile partners who are focusing on scaling the commercial disputes team. The practice is extremely busy, offering the opportunity to gain hands-on experience from day one across a variety of complex commercial litigation matters.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a diverse caseload of commercial disputes from inception to resolution.
  • Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence.
  • Engaging directly with clients and counsel.
  • Supervising junior team members where appropriate.
  • Supporting partners with business development and client relationship management.

About You

  • 5–9 years' PQE in commercial litigation.
  • Strong technical grounding with experience running your own matters.
  • Background in a strong litigation team.
  • Commercially minded, pragmatic, and confident dealing directly with clients.
