Your Journey through the Programme

During the 12-month programme, you will receive:

  • Induction & Training: Learn from experts across the business, covering the fundamentals of Project Management, our specific systems and our Project Management methodology & processes.
  • Hands-On Experience: Be placed in key customer accounts supported by experienced Lead Project Managers.
  • Mentorship: Be aligned with a buddy and a mentor from our team of experienced Project Managers, who will guide you on your accelerated learning & development journey.
  • Structured Training: Take time out from day-to-day project activities to complete structured training, including a Prince2 Foundation & Practitioner course.
  • Business Rotations: Participate in business area rotations to develop your network and knowledge of Computacenter Group operations.
  • After successfully completing the 12-month programme, you will graduate and become a Project Manager in your assigned Practice. If you perform well, your salary will be reviewed at this milestone.

Are you an undergraduate in your final year at university or have you recently graduated? We are looking for passionate individuals who would like to embark on a fulfilling career path in project management who are:

  • Flexible: Are prepared to work remotely but also commute to our core Computacenter hubs across the UK when required, as well as work onsite with our customers when appropriate.
