As an Operations Manager you'll provide overall leadership for the Provide overall leadership for the Area Managers and Technicians including EH&S. Manage above teams in efficient and safe resource allocation and delivery of excellent Customer Experience.

Daily responsibilities:

• Engage, coach and mentor the team of field based managers. Connecting with them to ensure that KPI's are achieved and to understand frustrations, problems and issues coming through from the field.
• Mentor service area managers around customer escalations and how best to engage with a team a field based mechanics/engineers.
• Be the face of the business, able to communicate professionally with customers, putting them at the heart of what we do.
• Support with P&L management, able to direct your team to ensure maximum revenue generation.

What you will need to be successful you'll need to be able to demonstrate the following;

• Proven track record of delivering operational results.
• Experience of operating with the ability to deliver quantifiable results.
• Good management experience, especially around the management of managers.
• Experience working within a fast paced, dynamic environment. Where you've managed multiple resources within a highly customer focused and demanding area.
