ABOUT THE ROLE

• Ensure the safety and security of the premises
• Review CCTV footage when necessary and facilitate authorised releases following proper protocols
• Deter criminal activities

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for somebody reliable, well mannered, with good communication skills and a valid SIA Front Line Security Guard Licence. With a keen eye and a brilliant way with people, you must be a friendly face who enjoys helping the public and being on your feet all day. Due to the location of the Brentford Dock site, it is preferred for candidates to have a valid UK Driving Licence, and access to their own car transport.

Candidates should have at least 3 years' experience in high-end residential property security.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Access Control & Visitor Management: Oversee access control, ensuring only authorised individuals enter the premises. Manage visitor sign-in/out procedures and key management.
• Incident Response & Emergency Handling: Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, ensuring swift resolution while coordinating with emergency services if required.
• Resident & Tenant Support: Address residents' or tenants' concerns, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently.
• Routine Patrols & Security Checks: Conduct regular patrols, monitor high-risk areas, and identify potential security threats or safety hazards.
• CCTV Monitoring: Review CCTV footage when necessary and facilitate authorised releases following proper protocols.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Conduct Health & Safety patrols, ensuring the site complies with all safety regulations and reporting any risks or hazards.
• Equipment & System Audits: Check and maintain security equipment, such as radios, CCTV systems, and access control devices, ensuring functionality.
• Facilities & Maintenance Coordination: Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for prompt resolution of any facility-related concerns.
• Liaison with Stakeholders: Maintain communication with residents, building managers, and external service providers to address security or operational concerns effectively.
