Kennedys is looking for an Associate to work on NHS Resolution EL/PL matters. This is an exciting opportunity to join our highly regarded Healthcare team which is located in our Birmingham office.
Team
The Healthcare division advise the NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts and medical malpractice insurers of private hospitals, clinics and practitioners on EL/PL and clinical negligence claims. The team advise on medical insurance coverage, health law advice, and regulatory matters and represent clients at inquests and judicial reviews. The team have a presence across our London, Cambridge, Birmingham, Sheffield, Newcastle and some of our global offices.

Cases
- A wide range of fast track and multi-track EL/PL claims
Required Experience
- 1-3 years' qualified with the relevant experience*
- Good knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
- Litigation experience within EL/PL
- Managing own EL/PL caseload
