What you'll be doing:
- Analysis and Problem solving: Assists with the development of solutions and recommendations considered business needs, user needs and technology constraints.
- Set strategy: Support our client's in defining transformation roadmaps that address a client's organisational business problems and needs.
- Digital delivery: Set the direction and scope for delivery teams managing the process of discovery and refinement of scope, progressing options and ensuring there is a value based prioritisation approach.
- Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to support clients through organisational transformations.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth of the practice.
- Thought Leadership: Contribute to the development of thought leadership and best practices in change and transformation.
What you'll bring:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, Prosci) is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business consulting, with a focus on change and transformation, ideally from a management consulting firm with some experience of working within the public sector industry.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of digital delivery and associated agile methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to collaborate well with technical and user focused roles with familiarity of user centred approaches

OTHER - YOU WILL NEED TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR SC GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE - which includes having the right to work in the UK, and being a UK resident for the past 5 years consistently, and only of been outside for 6 months max at any one time.
