We are seeking a Marketing and Admissions Manager to join our marketing team. This fantastic role would be ideal for someone looking for the next step in their marketing career and comes at a genuinely exciting time to join Inspired Learning Group.

A pivotal member of the Marketing Department and reporting to the Head of Marketing & Admissions, the Marketing & Admissions Manager is responsible for driving and executing lead generation strategies to support student acquisition across agreed ILG schools. This role will take the lead on key marketing and admissions initiatives while also providing support for wider departmental projects.
The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues, external agencies, and our network of schools to deliver outstanding results. You will be expected to demonstrate expertise in both marketing and admissions, combining a strategic mindset with hands-on campaign management. This role will suit someone who is creative, detailed and strategic at the same time, your workload will vary between large scale campaign management through to day-to-day priorities of the campaign execution. You will be accountable for daily performance marketing and ensuring all student acquisition campaigns are delivered through project management, inter-personal skills, communication skills, administration, problem solving and process management.
The role will encompass both Marketing and Admissions elements including:
Marketing:
- The creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, PR) to drive enquiries, raise brand awareness, and support student recruitment.
- Drive digital marketing and website optimisation, ensuring all school and group online presences are engaging and effective for prospective families.
- Collaborate with agency partners to create marketing collateral, prospectuses, and promotional materials for all schools to support both marketing and admissions initiatives.
- Supporting local marketing outreach efforts, events, and partnerships to drive brand presence and increase applications within the community.
- Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for ongoing optimisation and improved conversion rates.
Admissions
- Overseeing the full admissions process across agreed schools, from initial enquiry to enrolment, ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and supportive experience for families.
- Monitor admissions targets in line with group and school objectives, regularly reporting on pipeline, conversion rates, and trends.
- Develop and implement admissions communications, events, and engagement activities to nurture prospective families and maximise conversion.
- Work closely with school leadership and teaching staff to ensure alignment and exceptional service throughout the applicant journey.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following skills/expertise:
- Strong experience working for B2C & Consumer brands, a background in education is not a pre-requisite
- Proven background in multi-site management (retail, leisure, or franchise sectors preferred), a background in education is not a pre-requisite
- Experience working within commercially driven, fast-paced environments
- Comfortable working with external agencies and internal teams across multiple sites
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution
- Commercial acumen and data-driven approach to marketing and admissions
- Experience of communicating results clearly to stakeholders up to CEO level
- Strong online marketing skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise multiple campaigns and projects.

The role will involve a blend of home working and working at our head office in Stanmore (Inspired Learning Group, Georgian House, Park Lane, Stanmore Middlesex HA7 3HD). Frequent travel to schools and nurseries will also be required.
