Job Summary

Your journey will start as an Internal Sales Rep, you will play a key role in driving our sales operations from within the company. This position offers the opportunity to learn our business inside and out, with the potential to advance to an
External Sales Engineer
role. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, supporting the external sales team, quote chasing, calling on existing customers and contributing to overall sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations for gas safety systems and air quality control products.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating customer records in the CRM system.
  • Support the external sales team by providing product information, technical support, chasing quotations and preparing sales materials.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to pursue them.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other activities as required.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Phone Skills Outbound and Inbound
  • Previous experience in an internal or external sales or customer service role.
  • Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn about all our control products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach.
