Role overview

Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. · Support with campaign budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI across all activities. · Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimise strategies and report results to stakeholders. · Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, digital, and data) and external agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns on time. · Lead content creation projects, including videos, photography, blogs, webinars, newsletters, and case studies. · Oversee campaign timelines and deliverables, ensuring all activities align with business objectives. · Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity, applying insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

· Support event marketing initiatives, including planning and promotion for trade shows, webinars, and community events. · Manage LinkedIn strategy and execution, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement. · Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and industry regulations across all marketing activities.

Knowledge and Skills

Marketing Fundamentals: Understanding of marketing principles, branding, and positioning. Content Creation: Ability to plan and produce engaging content across channels. Campaign Management: Familiarity with planning, executing, and measuring campaigns. Market Research: Understanding customer insights, competitor analysis, and trends. CRM & Automation Tools: Experience with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
