JLA is driven by a world class Sales & Marketing engine, owns and maintains all assets, and has an efficient on-site operations team working with daily with customers.

**The Role**

The role will give exposure to both the purchase ledger and cash allocation teams with responsibilities including accurate and timely processing, investigating queries and liaising with suppliers.

**Key tasks**
- Processing high volumes of purchase invoices using IFS
- Coding and posting invoices
- Creation of journals using pivot tables
- Matching invoices to purchase orders
- Distributing invoices to make sure only authorised invoices are passed for payment
- Investigating supplier queries
- Daily checking of bank accounts
- Cash allocation across multiple accounts
- Liaising with internal departments
- Coding and posting payment remittances
- Ad-hoc duties as required including a flexible approach to support business requirements

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year
