Welder/Fabricator

Hatched Talent Solutions is working with a long-established precision engineering company currently investing in new machinery and upskilling across its workshop. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join a growing team and contribute to a company focused on quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out high-quality TIG welding on a variety of materials
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings with precision
  • Fabricate components to tight tolerances using workshop machinery and hand tools
  • Operate both independently and as part of a skilled team
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and workshop cleanliness

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience with TIG welding (essential)
  • Ability to read and work from technical drawings
  • Strong fabrication skills and attention to detail
  • Positive, proactive approach to learning and development
