We are seeking a Non-Executive Director to join our Board.

As a Non-Executive Director, you will play a crucial role in providing independent oversight and guidance, working closely with our founder Executive Chairman, our CEO and other board members.

Your expertise will be instrumental in driving our strategic vision, enhancing shareholder value, and maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance.

Desirable:

• Strong financial acumen and the ability to interpret complex financial information with experience in financial reporting for public companies.
• Proven track record of strategic leadership and board experience in publicly listed companies.
• Prior experience as a Non-Executive Director in a listed environment.
• Strong financial acumen and regulatory knowledge including recent and relevant financial experience.
• Extensive leadership experience within the financial services industry.
• Deep understanding of financial technology.
• Deep understanding of the software industry.
• Deep understanding of software delivery as part of complex business change projects.
• Deep understanding of people leadership within software, systems integration consultancy or professional services.
• Experience of chairing Audit Committee, Nomination Committee or Remuneration Committee.
